APPOINTMENT OF TWO MANAGING ASSOCIATES, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE PRIVATE BANK MIRABAUD & CIE SA AND A SPONSOR’S ASSOCIATION

Geneva, November 6, 2018. The Managing Partners of the Mirabaud Group have decided to appoint within their College, as of January 1, 2019, Nicolas Mirabaud and Michael Palma, currently both limited partners and members of the Executive Committee of Mirabaud & Cie SA . They also appointed Camille Vial, Managing Partner, as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the private bank Mirabaud & Cie SA, a position she will take over from Antonio Palma on 1 July 2019. Finally, they appointed Thiago Frazao as an Associate. as of January 1, 2019.
